1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the UAE Legal Advisor platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by Ace & Crown ("Company", "we", "us") under a technology consultancy license in the United Arab Emirates.

The AI-generated content, FAQ answers, and document drafts are informational tools designed to help you understand UAE law. The Company is a technology company, not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this Service. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed UAE lawyer. Our lawyer referral directory connects you with independent attorneys who are not employees or agents of the Company.
3. Service Description
The Service provides: (a) a searchable FAQ directory of UAE legal topics; (b) an AI-powered chatbot for legal information queries; (c) a document drafting tool for generating formal legal correspondence; (d) a lawyer referral directory; and (e) a legal knowledge base referencing Dubai Public Prosecution laws.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free tier users receive limited daily usage. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Document purchases are non-refundable once the document has been generated.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when using the Service; (b) not use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; (d) not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit generated content without authorization; (e) verify all legal information with a qualified attorney before acting on it.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated documents, chat responses, and legal summaries may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adapting any generated content before submission to any court, government authority, or legal proceeding.
7. Lawyer Referrals
Lawyers listed in our directory are independent professionals. The Company does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the services provided by any referred lawyer. Referral fees may apply and are disclosed to both parties. Any engagement with a referred lawyer creates a direct attorney-client relationship between you and that lawyer, not with the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
