We use your information to: (a) provide and personalize the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) improve AI responses and document quality; (d) communicate service updates and security alerts; (e) comply with legal obligations under UAE law. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

We share data only with: (a) Stripe — for payment processing; (b) Referred Lawyers — only the information you explicitly provide in a referral request (name, contact, case summary); (c) Law Enforcement — when required by UAE law or court order; (d) Service Providers — hosting and infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and not share sensitive case details beyond what is necessary for the Service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Chat sessions are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by UAE tax regulations. You may request account deletion at any time.
